Ameya Sir, I am actually surprised that you didn't dwell much on the aviation part (though I quite know the answer), but the non-aviation part was absolutely superb.
The trip was beautifully described in all detail: the reader could feel the stiffling heat and humidity as well. Angkor Vat has remained a dream for me: thank you for sharing this with us, to at least give us a flavour (pun intended) of the place, from your pens: both you and Mrs. J.
This is a complete story: dwelling on the dwellings and life-style of the people, and social issues, which adds up to the charm of this lovely report.
The food part was not that palatable from an Indian point of view, but I guess most of us Indians are a bit thankful that South-East Asia also has some remnants of the ancient Chola culture in terms of food, and the modern avatars, as well.
As for the last image: I think it sums it up.
Here is looking forward to the lovable Tuk-Tuk driver taking the passenger on to many more destinations, and both writing about them, in detail.
In other words, both the driver and the driven, driving us along on trip reports covering many, many more adventures!
Cheers, Sumantra.

Thank you sir for the kind words.

I am planning to pen down the helicopter experience separately.

Your knowledge about cultures and regions is amazing
