Air India Increases Tokyo Service in S12

Air India from 25MAR12 is increasing Delhi – Tokyo Narita service from 4 to 5 weekly, with new flight operates on Sundays from Delhi, Mondays from Tokyo.

Boeing 777-200LR aircraft operates this route. Schedule:

AI306 DEL2110 – 0845+1NRT 77L x14
AI307 NRT1130 – 1655DEL 77L x25

Almost Nil capacity has been added by AI on this sector during the last 30 years. Back in 1980, there were 4 weekly B747 flights.
