I think you misunderstood. When Americans say asians, it only means Chinese and similar looking people( mongoloids). It doesn't include us, you can say it is (their) ignorance, but they are always "RIGHT" ! You know what I mean.

That's true. If they only used the term "asians" then it doesn't include Indians. |

Like there's a famous joke. American's don't know "what rest of the world means"
Their English is absolutely wrong. But they always think themselves to be correct. But simple fact is their english is not correct.
Cheers

What makes it wrong? It is just a different version. |

They speak American English and it is accepted more than British English(the better and original version). So, there is nothing wrong with their English.
And don't let anybody start about Indian English, that would be opening a can of worms. |

Folks,
All you people who are frustrated with Americans just now. My suggestion, read the book "The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman.
Just read that book, its brilliant. You will not be too worried about people mocking us any more.
An Excerpt (not exact but very close):
"The current state of Indian youth can be compared to a bottle of champagne thats been shaken for many many years and finally the cork has come off. You do not want to get in the way."
