As I had nothing of value in that bag and had asked them to deliver it the next day, instead of doing it the same night, I wasn't expecting any compensation. Even they weren't willing to give much, but after a series of emails and calls they agreed to the following: 1. 50 Euro discount voucher 2. Voucher for one-time access to LH Business Lounge. I've had 28 status flights with LH this calendar year and did not want to miss moving to the Frequent Traveller by just 2 flights. Ended up getting 50% plus an extra 25% for FT. AI seems to be relatively good, with their recent copying of 9W's minimum 500 miles on short sectors being firmly in place now. Flagship route? Hmm...the route that should have done very well is unfortunately not doing well, with the AI internal squabbles (ex-IC and PMAI) also playing a role. Cheers, Sumantra.
