|
|
Hey guys today whilst me sean aalok and shekar were spotting, aalok spotted out a faulty flap hinge on this BA 777.We were totally shocked when we saw it on our cameras.Interestingly even the other flap hinge on the other side was faulty. After the 777 lined up for t/o it opened its throttles and after travlelling a few metres aborted the t/o.It exited via Golf but took off from 27 after joining the Queue.
Is this something normal? _________________ An a340 can fly only because of the curvature of earth |

Are you referring to the TE Flap fairing.
The Flaps seem to be in TO range hence the movable section of the TE flap fairing is hinging downwards.

Some chunk of the flap hinge seems to be missing. _________________ An a340 can fly only because of the curvature of earth |
