Hi fellow A.net-Indians
As per the University curriculum, I am doing a research project on Satisfaction Levels of flyers in Indian Civil Aviation industry. A questionnaire has been prepared with respect to the same. I would request all of you to fill it and mail back to - tanveersingh@aol.in .
The questionnaire has about 25 variables, all based on Skytrax's rating system with respect to 3 airlines- Air India, Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines.
Please take care of the following while filling the 2 MINUTES long questionnaire:-
1. If you feel comfortable, do mention your name.
2. For parts, wherein you need to select Age, Gender, Occupation & Airline name, you BOLD the option.
3. The rating scale is from 1 to 5. The numeric value 1 denotes Highly Satisfactory opinion and as we approach 5, the satisfaction level goes on decreasing.
4. Please bold the digit against each variable with respect to your level of satisfaction. For eg. If Crew Friendliness is the variable and you are Highly Satisfied with it then do it like this
Crew Friendliness 1 2 3 4 5
5. If you have flown on more than one airline, I would be highly grateful to you to fill the questionnaire for the other airline(s) too. But please, save each airline's questionnaire as a separate file and mail it to me.
6. The file should be saved in a name other than Questionnaire preferably in your name. for eg. your'e filling for AI and your name is ABB then save the file as ABBAI.

The whole project is worth 100 marks. These projects are a part of my Bachelors of Business Administration course of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Indraprastha(IP) University, Delhi.
I request all of you to actively participate and forward this questionnaire to your known ones. It hardly takes 2 minutes to fill. The link to the website from where you can download the questionnaire. It is totally safe for download.

If it is possible, can you put the survey up on a site like surveymonkey? I just find it more efficient that downloading, filling and emailing a word document. Thanks!

Hi Nimish
Thanks for your interest in my questionnaire. The questionnaire has been largely filled on paper and it was hard to reproduce the same on Surveymonkey. I need to analyse it and two different formats (one printed and one surveymonkey) will hamper the analysis as it is my first shot at a Research Project.
I apologise for my inability to go in for a way which is more convenient for respondents online but please bear with me. Fill it and mail it as it hardly takes 2 minutes.
