Photos #1, 3 & 4 are of an A330-200 (VT-VJN). Photo #2 shows a Kingfisher A340-500 and also another Kingfisher Airbus aircraft in the background.
TLS must be flooded with IT aircraft right now!

Possibly clicked from inside the 330.
