I flew BOM-MAA on 28th May 9w481 11:10AM on 9W. Amazed to see the flight close to 90% full inspite of extremely high fuel prices....Web checked in for 15F....the legroom helps Smile

) Ontime flight...Nice snacks (Paneer and some cutlet, dessert, cake). This was a 737-700 (Old, no IFE). VT-JNV
On the way back...9w468 MAA-BOM 17:50 (DEP 1830) on 1 June 2008..It was a full flight on a 737-800W (Utthapam, vada, dessert and cake). This plane VT-JGT had a nice IFE and the 1.5 hrs passed very quickly. Here's the quirky part. We landed on 27, got off the runway and went all the way to 2B. They offloaded us to a bus and I am assuming that was connecting and loading for an int'l flight...Came by a bus by the IC hangar, the old dilapidated NEPC lying in one corner, ATC block around 14-32 and to the domestic arrival. The coolest part was by the time we were at the baggage carousel, our bags were there... Talk of efficiency Smile

Anyways all in all a lovely 2 legs on 9W...

Oh, I came home to find a mail from Hilton HHonors and they had granted me a Silver status for selected 9W privilege members... The card looks really cool too. I will post that pic soon Smile

Hey i flew on the same dates TG BOM-BKK-BOM but my landing into BOM last night was less than pleasant with baggage belts not working properly greedy and corrupt custom officers etc.

Its good to know atleast someone had a better landing experience
