Saudia ends regular Thiruvananthapuram service in late-Dec 2018
26 December 2018
Saudia at the end of this month is ending regular service to Thiruvananthapuram, where it operates 2 weekly flights from Jeddah, 1 weekly from Riyadh.
Last regular flight is scheduled on 30DEC18.
Jeddah – Thiruvananthapuram 2 weekly
SV752 JED0405 – 1200TRV 330 46
SV751 TRV1330 – 1725JED 330 46
Riyadh – Thiruvananthapuram 1 weekly
SV756 RUH0445 – 1200TRV 333 7
SV757 TRV1330 – 1605RUH 333 7

| Any particular reason why we are seeing so many airlines exit TRV - FLyDubai, Saudia.. on top of it Jet stopping all international ops. |

Possibly because TRV was never as popular as COK and CCJ among the Kerala-Gulf crowd?

| TRV was never officially part of Saudi-India bilateral. When widebodies were banned at CCJ, EK and SV split the entitlements to TRV and COK. With CCJ widebody issues resolved, these changes were to be expected. |
