I have been getting really late in my reading (not to mention the other `R'), and it shows. What a superb trip report: an inaugural is always exciting, and to have it from a master writer, it is even better! It just felt like being thee with you. Typically JB-esque, again: lovely wing shots, and food pictures, and to cap it with some lovely descriptions, and the usual JB-esque humour: we have a winner! Lovely Dobby pic, with him in a broody mood.
Seq 1: lovely!
Chocolates: nice How can you refuse a second helping?
Nice that you got the AI B77W in your pictures!
The water cannon: a bit closer, and the two engines would have sprayed each other
Your photos of the brand-new plane coming in...were lovely.
The composition in your pictures of the three FSCs was lovely. The sharklet, the winglet and the tail.

Hmm...who ended up chasing whom?

Lovely pictures and descriptions of the food: Vistara did a very good job there.

Cheers, Sumantra. |

Really nice TR! Spotting and in-flight pictures were great!
I also loved the pilot's detailed announcement; I haven't heard such a detailed announcement ever. Most pilots just stick to the essentials: quick weather and ETA information. _________________ Best regards,

Sumantra sir, thanks again for your wonderful reply! It is truly encouraging to read through these
-Never say no to chocolates!
-Oh boy, I wonder if any firetrucks have in fact managed to spray each other! LOL!
-AI B77W chased us, but beat us to arrival at DEL. #B77W power!
-If only spirits were on Indian domestic flights....wait no that's a bad thing!

Thanks for your reply!
One of the more comprehensive announcements for sure....hopefully more pilots around the world do this _________________ http://www.youtube.com/c/JishnuBasu777 |
