Yeah, makes sense cause I was trying to book SF-Delhi for a friend and Google is making all sorts of connections with this flight that say "book with a travel agent"


Go for OZ (Asiana) , it's J class fares are not even 2x of AI's Y class during the same period.

Air India to launch new flights from Jan 1

17 Nov 2017

Air India Limited will operate new flights in the New Delhi-Port Blair-Vizag-New Delhi and New Delhi-Vizag-Port Blair-Vizag sector from January 1 to March 24, 2018. As per the schedule, AI-485 will depart New Delhi at 5.30 am and arrive Port Blair at 9.15 am, AI-486 will depart Port Blair at 9.55 am and arrive Vizag at 11.55 am and AI-486 will depart Vizag at 12.30 pm and land at New Delhi at 2.35 pm. The flights will operate on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day of every week.

Similarly, AI-485 will depart New Delhi at 5.30 am and reach Vizag at 7.35 am, AI-485 will then depart from Vizag at 8.10 am and arrive Port Blair at 10.10 am. AI-486 will depart from Port Blair at 10.50 am and land at New Delhi at 2.35 pm. The flights will operate on the 1st, 4th and 6th day of every week.

DEL-Port Blair nonstop would become the longest domestic flight in India.

There was a BOM-Port Blair nonstop, but I don't think it is still operational now.
