So in the international city pairs:
1. No destination in the EU other than London, which is not so surprising.
2. No destination in the US, which is surprising.
3. No destination in Saudi, which is shocking.
4. Kaula Lumpur - Tiruchirapally is one of the top 25 and no Indian carrier flies that route, which is a bloody crying shame.
5. No route from any North Indian destination other than DEL. So much for the morons bragging about the so-called international traffic from the Punjabs, Lucknows and Patnas. _________________ I don't know which is the more pampered bunch : AI's widebodies (the aunties) or Jet's widebodies (the planes).

No city of the so mentioned "Punjabs, Lucknows and Patnas" fly double dailies abroad. So no way of them entering into the Intl City pair record books. And PAT doesn't even has a scheduled Int'l flight flying out of it.[/quote] |

Uhh, DEL gets a lot of connecting traffic from its catchment area including Punjab and UP. That's how hubs work. |
