To the best of my knowledge, these models were given to my Dad and Uncle, by the 566th Military-Transport Aviation Regiment of the Soviet Air Force, with whom they were deployed on the Antonov An-12 during flight training for the Indian Air Force; at the Sescha Air Base, Seschinskaya, Bryansk Oblast, circa 1961.

The first one appears to be a Sukhoi Su-7. I was looking to find out more about the second. My first guess was the Lavochkin La-250 Anaconda, but that had delta wings.

I am unaware about the manufacturer of either model. They are in pretty rough shape now, being over 55 years old. Any info about their origins would be welcome.

Both are very poor reproductions, and poor scale replicas. Your second guess was a good one (without the delta wings.) I tried a Tu-128P Fiddler, but the wing shape, and the general engine and body shape are a bit different, along with the missing Tupolev canoe fairings for the wheels. This may look a bit like a Yakovlev interceptor, such as the Yak-27 Flashlight, but the engines were slung on the wings. Hmm...
Cheers, Sumantra.
