9V-SMT
First flight: 1993
Pratt & Whitney PW4056
Is also the only 747 in SQ not to have the Wiseman 3000 AVOD. Sad
But has the Skysuite (12 seats, 78 inch pitch in 1-2-1 format). Hope its not been removed.
Also the only SQ 747 not to have a Skybed (58 inch pitch. 26 seats on the upper deck arranged 2-2, and 24 on the lower deck arranged 2-3-2.) Sad

And hope she doesn't turn out to be another jinxed Jumbo! Sunderbans 2

9V-SMT has had a few hard landings in Auckland and Australia, but the worst was in 2003, where the nature of the damage was substantial to the lower rear fuselage.
On March 12, 2003, this 747 (SQ286 as Auckland-Changi) had a major tail strike. When the captain rotated the plane for lift-off, the tail struck the runway at Auckland and scraped it for some 490 metres until airborne.
Tower alerted the captain and there was an emergency landing.
Picture of the damage is here:

Let's see VT-AIE, VT-AIF, VT-AIM and this one.

VT-AIE and VT-AIF will be moving to Martin Air Cargo very soon.
