I have been driving for 24 years now. I have been fined 6 times.
1. Jumping signals: Twice in Delhi and once in Mumbai.
2. Incorrect parking: Once in Delhi and once in Mumbai.
3. Exceeding the speed limit: Once in Wellington.

Does Jaywalking count? I was fined for that in Kolkata of all the places

I got fined Rs. 100 for not wearing my seat belt - this is Bangalore of all places, where Seat belt rule has not been enforced for over 5 years now  .

Never been pulled up in India, ever.
Have a few parking fines in my name here in France, though. Almost all for not renewing my long term parking permit on time.
