Just stumbled across this shot on Planespotters.net, by Wong Chi Lam.

This is the biggest Wing-Flex i've seen for an A340-600. Just look at the port side wing. Engine No.2 is easily visible from the Starboard side, but look where the winglet is. Agree, its correcting itself for the Center line, but still !

Great shot. That being said, the flex does not look out of the ordinary at all - look at the right wing, seems almost flat. The left wing is hidden, so tough to make out based on that view of the engine and the wingtip.

Is that a flex or the a/c rolling to the right, so you see more of the other wing. I feel it is the latter.

Wing flex is minimal on finals for most a/c..What we are seeing here is the plane being banked to the right for corrections...
