My guesses:

JFK around 4L/4R (maybe now they have reclaimed, given that Wingspans have been increasing over the years)
Macau
Geneva Cointrin

Nope, there's no water anywhere nearby. The Lac Geneve is at least 5-6 kms from the airport.

Hong Kong Kai Tak maybe?

Kai-Tak is a possibility as well. Note the square tiled Tarmac that was very common there. But what goes against Kai-Tak is the background. The Terrain near 31 end had hills, specially at this angle, the entire LHS of 13-31.
